With each passing season, plenty of fashion trends come and go that are tricky to wear (or even wrap our heads around), to say the least. But color trends are different—even the most unusual color trends can be wearable if it’s the right piece. Color trends are accessible and universal. A few years ago, I was traveling back from London and the airline’s gate agent who was checking passports asked me what that spring’s big color trend was going to be after she asked why I was there (it was for fashion-related work). I felt like I was being quizzed and also like she genuinely wanted to know (for the record, my answer was yellow).
But back to fall 2024. The coming season will be a good one if you like to wear chocolate brown, olive green, oxblood, and ballet pink. Three great retailers to purchase these color trends from are none other than J.Crew, Zara, and H&M. Keep scrolling to shop my picks from each in all of the biggest F/W ’24 color trends.
