Flying Lotus has released a new visual for his Flamagra (Instrumentals) track “Remind U.” The Winston Hacking–directed clip features psychedelic motion graphics animation. Check it out below.
The visual for “Remind U” presents a “stream of consciousness video collage,” according to a press release. Hacking said that the video “recreates the perspective of a curious child” resulting in a world that is “ugly and chaotic but, simultaneously, beautiful and hopeful.” Hacking and FlyLo previously collaborated on the visual for Flamagra’s “Post Requisite.”
FlyLo dropped Flamagra in May 2019. The LP features collaborations with Solange, Denzel Curry, Thundercat, George Clinton, Little Dragon, and others. The instrumental version of the record landed in May of this year.
