L7 have announced a 30th anniversary reissue of their sophomore album Smell the Magic. The 9-track release has been remastered for the occasion and will be issued on vinyl in its entirety for the first time on September 18 via Sub Pop. Check out the remastered version of “Shove” below.
Earlier this year, L7 released a cover of Joan Jett & the Blackhearts’ 1983 track “Fake Friends,” featuring Jett herself. Scatter the Rats, their first new album in 20 years, was released via Jett’s Blackheart Records label in 2019.
