Jennifer Lawrence Paired a Black Crop Top With a Parasol Months After Giving Birth

Jennifer Lawrence put her toned core and New York City summer style on full display yesterday, pairing a black crop top with high-waisted jeans and a parasol for sun protection. The actress wore her blonde hair up in a ponytail and accessorized with a water bottle and black bag.

Lawrence’s outing comes just four months after she welcomed her first child with her husband Cooke Maroney. The photos of Lawrence out in the city also appear to be taken before she grabbed dinner with her longtime close friend Emma Stone that evening at Hwa Yuan restaurant.

The restaurant shared a photo of the two actresses on its Instagram, writing, “Hwa Yuan was thrilled to host Emma Stone and Jennifer Lawrence for dinner! Chef Tang and the Tang family are big fans of theirs and are honored that they are fans of our restaurant and food. Emma and Jennifer, we hope you enjoyed and come back again soon!”

Lawrence hasn’t shared any details about her little one, fully on purpose. The actress told Vanity Fair in November that she intends to keep her child’s life private. “If I was at a dinner party, and somebody was like, ‘Oh, my God, you’re expecting a baby,’ I wouldn’t be like, ‘God, I can’t talk about that. Get away from me, you psycho!’” she prefaced. “But every instinct in my body wants to protect their privacy for the rest of their lives, as much as I can. I don’t want anyone to feel welcome into their existence. And I feel like that just starts with not including them in this part of my work.”
