When a toy company feels its business threatened by a local craftsman who makes and donates toys to orphanages, it hires a spy to steal his creations.
Claude Raintree, played by Ron Masak, creates toys and gives them to the local orphanage. Unfortunately some of these “creations” do more than they were designed to do. Hysterical neighbors and law enforcement can’t control him and even the spy from a big city toy manufacturer gets caught up in a web of ultrasonic, over-the-top harebrained adventure. Along the way Claude tries to save his farm and the orphanage from foreclosure, marry his sweetheart of 12-years, Millie Swickle, and adopt an orphan he’s fallen in love with. Three of his most successful films are: “The Man From Clover Grove”, “The Adventures of Ragtime” and “Quigley”. Bill has befriended many stunt performers and loves working with them to design action stunts that entertain kids of all ages.
