Travis Scott has announced that he’ll unveil “the world of Utopia,” his forthcoming album, during a livestreamed performance in front of the ancient Pyramids of Giza in Egypt. It takes place on July 28 and tickets to the live performance are available.

While Utopia currently has no release date, Scott has made pre-orders of the album available. In addition to CDs and vinyl, he’s selling album-themed apparel. The pre-order notes that there will be five different album covers, but none of them have been made public yet. When you pre-order a physical copy of the album—“Utopia 2 Disk LP Cover 5,” for example—you won’t know which cover you’re getting when you pay $50 plus tax and shipping. Pitchfork has reached out to his representatives to see if buyers can change their mind following the pre-order once the artwork is revealed.

Utopia will be Scott’s first album following the Astroworld 2021 music festival in Houston, which police called a “mass casualty incident” after eight people died and many others suffered injuries. In May 2023, Scott previewed Utopia for members of the Houston Astros in their locker room. Billboards teasing the album appeared in California around the time of Coachella this year.
