As much as Who What Wear beauty editors enjoy keeping a finger on the pulse of these trends, we also love investing in our own self-care, which is why we’re beyond excited to try our hand at TikTok’s viral “dopamine menu” movement.

She then introduces the trend as being featured in episode 157 of her podcast Note to Self.

Below, we’re putting a beauty spin on the wholesome idea and offering our favorite products we use to create our personalized dopamine menus.
