Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez Brought Her Kids on a Second House-Hunting Trip

LifeStyle

This past Thursday, Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck were photographed house-hunting in Los Angeles. The couple was reportedly looking at a Holmby Hills house that TMZ said is on the market for $65 million and huge. It’s reportedly a 31,000 square-foot, 8-bedroom, 12-bathroom mansion (“house” really isn’t the right word here) with a bowling alley.

TMZ noted that on Friday, the couple was seen perusing L.A.’s finest homes again, this time in the neighborhood of Santa Monica. Lopez’s twins, Max and Emme, 13, were along for the ride this time, per the site.

TMZ added that while the couple was seen looking at the house together—and smooching—Affleck isn’t necessarily moving in with Lopez just yet.

“The two aren’t ready to shack up together…at least not yet,” TMZ said. The outlet said that J.Lo is buying the home for herself after leaving Miami.

Sources also told E! that the couple is not rushing to combine their households: “Ben is very settled in his home and it’s close by to his kids. Jennifer’s house is also a place she likes being and is a good family home.”

But there is no official word on Bennifer’s real estate decisions. Another source told Entertainment Tonight this past week that “friends wouldn’t be surprised if they move in together and ultimately end up together.” When would that happen? Unclear.

The source added: “They’re spending all of their free time together and making each other a priority. J.Lo falls hard and has certainly done the same with Ben again this time around,” the source says. “Ben is a guy’s guy and does his own thing, which J.Lo loves. He has his own life and is famous in a different way than she is and is not trying to compete with her by any means. They just support and love each other.”
