Carrie Underwood Shows Off Her Abs in Poolside Quarantine Photo

LifeStyle

Summer is going to be different this year, but it doesn’t mean we can’t get outside, get some sun, and wear whatever make us feel good. No matter your fitness and self-care routine, it’s important to take time for yourself—if and when you can. These are stressful times, and breathing in some fresh air (while keeping your distance from others) can only help.

This Memorial Day weekend, Carrie Underwood is clearly kicking off her summer with some refreshing outside time. On Saturday, she posted a selfie on Instagram featuring a tropical bikini top, a floppy sun hat, a big smile, and some impressive abs. “Is it summer yet? ☀️ #PoolReady #ChooseYou,” she wrote.

Underwood has been sharing photos of herself in the gym since she released her fitness app, fit52, in early March. She also released her new book, Find Your Path, around the same time.

“Fitness is a true passion for me,” Underwood said then. “The fit52 app incorporates what I’ve been doing myself for years, and we’ve made it easy and totally accessible for anyone that wants help in working out. We worked really hard to create a high-quality, user-friendly app that is designed for busy people and their busy lives. fit52 meets you wherever you are on your health journey, and I’m so proud of it.”
