Chrissy Teigen Reveals Baby #3’s Gender, Accidentally at First

LifeStyle

Chrissy Teigen is currently on bed rest during her third pregnancy, and while on Instagram Live, she let the gender of her and John Legend’s new baby slip…accidentally: They’re having a boy. She spoke about the issues she was having that led her to needing to be on bed rest, assuring fans not to worry about the baby: “It’s so weird because the baby’s really, really healthy and he’s big. He’s probably—” she then covered her mouth, realizing what she did.

“Oops! I’m stupid…anyway,” she said, via Daily Mail. “It’s growing beautifully, everything’s good. I’m feeling really good, but my placenta’s really, really weak, and it’s causing me to really bleed a lot. Basically it’s just pretty high-risk and, you know, it’s just this poor thing has been through so much already.”

Teigen responded to a fan on Twitter and confirmed that yes, she did reveal her baby’s gender. The fan wrote, “The perfect gender reveal, @chrissyteigen.”

Teigen wrote back, “no fires and no one shot in the dick.” (Teigen is referencing the gender reveal party that helped spark the El Dorado California wildfire. CAL Fire released a statement earlier this month, saying, “CAL FIRE Law Enforcement has determined the El Dorado Fire, burning near Oak Glen in San Bernardino County, was caused by a smoke generating pyrotechnic device, used during a gender reveal party.”) She then shared the clip of her revealing the gender, commenting a heart.
