Diana von Welanetz Wentworth is the author of ten best-selling and award-winning books and the co-author of two Chicken Soup for the Soul titles. Film rights to her romantic memoir, Send Me Someone, were purchased by the Lifetime Network. With her late husband Paul von Welanetz, she hosted a long-running television series and founded the Inside Edge (www.InsideEdge.org), a weekly breakfast forum in Southern California that helped launch the careers of many of the most celebrated authors and speakers of our day including Jack Canfield, Dr. Susan Jeffers, and Louise Hay. Progressive business leaders still gather at the Inside Edge to discuss new ideas in psychology, science, global issues, success strategies, spiritual awareness, and the arts.

Her eleventh book, Expect Magic! will soon be available. In it, she shares how reinvention has been the thread she’s followed all her life. Diana encourages us to Tell a New Story! The book contains hundreds of life-enhancing techniques for uplifting your moods, trusting your heart, and living in a state of receptivity and expectancy.

Her early books include The Pleasure of Your Company (winner of the “Cookbook of the Year” Award), Celebrations: Menus for Entertaining, and The von Welanetz Guide to Ethnic Ingredients, considered the classic reference work on the foods of the world.

Today, Diana speaks and writes about being open and receptive to our own highest vibrations in order to reinvent our lives, and on “The Magic of Memoir,” to create compelling life stories for future generations. Diana is a certified Life Coach and Yoga teacher. She lives in Palm Springs, California. Her husband Ted Wentworth, author of Build a Better Spouse Trap and The Enlightenment Code passed away in April 2021. Now, with an abundance of uninterrupted time, she is discovering, writing about, and sharing with clients through her “Expect Magic” coaching her most exciting life transformation to date.
