Drake’s giant mansion in Toronto sustained massive flooding after a torrential downpour in the Canadian city on Tuesday.

The rapper posted footage on Instagram of ankle-deep muddy water rushing onto one floor in his home, with the caption, “this better be espresso martini.” A young man dressed in black is seen attempting to close a door while Drake, holding a broom in one hand and a camera in the other, in deep water tries without success to keep Mother Nature at bay.

Drake’s 50,000-square-foot mansion in the city’s Bridle Path district was the scene of a recent drive-by shooting. The Canadian rap sensation was uninjured and cooperated with a police investigation.

Before building the palatial mansion, Drake’s main residence in Toronto was on the 52nd floor of a city high-rise, which would have kept him dry from the major summer storm. Many major commuter routes were left under water and the city cleaning up after a record-breaking 4 inches rain fell during a late morning downpour on Tuesday, according to Environment Canada.

Besides flooded homes, many car drivers were left stranded as water filled major highways like the Don Valley Parkway as an adjoining river overflowed its banks. Elsewhere, no major flooding or power outages were reported by the city’s film studios, many of which are centered on Toronto’s portlands and host original film and TV shoots for U.S. studios and streamers.

At one point, around 135,000 city residents were without electrical power.
