Green Day are reissuing Dookie ahead of its 30th anniversary. The new edition—out September 29—includes the original album, demos, outtakes, and live recordings. The live tracks come from the band’s Woodstock ’94 set and a show in Barcelona from June 1994.
Green Day released Dookie on Tuesday, February 1, 1994, via Reprise. The band’s major-label debut, it reached No. 2 on the Billboard 200 and included the hit singles “Basket Case” and “When I Come Around.”
Earlier this year, Green Day reissued Nimrod for its 25th anniversary. The group most recently released a new studio album, Father of All…, in 2020.
