Cardi B turned 28 years old today, and—because she can—she celebrated with friends in Las Vegas. Also in attendance at the big birthday bash was Offset, Cardi’s husband and the father of her daughter, Kulture.
On his Instagram story Saturday, Offset shared many videos of Cardi, dancing in what looks like a private rental property.

Offset’s attendance at the party is slightly surprising, after Cardi filed for divorce last month. They seemed to get pretty cozy in Vegas, too. On his story, Offset shared a video of Cardi dancing on top of him on the floor.
Those two have been on-again-off-again in recent years. They got married in 2017, nearly divorced in 2018, but reconciled last year.
“My thing is, everybody on social media acts like relationships is perfect,” Cardi told Vogue last year. “And that’s crazy to me. I’m around so many women, and there’s always a woman talking about how she loves her man, but her man is not financially stable, or she has a problem with his mom, or the sex is not as good anymore. Everybody has issues. I believe in forgiveness. I prayed on it. Me and my husband, we prayed on it.” On her Instagram grid late last week, Cardi shared the birthday billboard that Offset had made for her.

Megan Thee Stallion, Cardi’s friend and WAP collaborator, was also present at the party and shared video of the group out at a club (assuming they rented the place to be COVID compliant). In one of the videos, Cardi is dancing with a couple of drinks in her hands and plenty of bling:

On her Instagram grid this afternoon, a post-party Cardi B shared a video in which she thanked her friends for coming to Vegas to celebrate with her. “I needed that shit,” she said, referring to her night of dancing. She added that she was about to get some seltzer water (never a bad idea after a night of celebrating).
