Selena Gomez and Hailey Bieber Reportedly Did Not Dine Together at Same Paris Restaurant

LifeStyle

A few days ago, Hailey Bieber and Selena Gomez were seen entering and leaving the same restaurant in Paris as the city flooded with celebrities for Fashion Week. Fans of both immediately went wild, speculating on possible interactions between the two. However, TMZ reports that while they both stopped in at L’Avenue, they did not dine together and were even on different floors of the venue.

To add to the speculation, the model and The Only Murders In the Building star were both seen at the same fashion after-party, which was also attended by Kendall Jenner and Nicola Peltz. Once again, they reportedly did not interact.

Some of the confusion is linked to a viral TikTok insinuating a secret meet up.

Gomez is frequently linked to the Rhode founder even when they have zero contact. She was the on-again-off-again girlfriend of Justin Bieber before they ultimately split in 2018. He married Hailey shortly after. All three parties appear to have long ago moved on, but any hint of interaction or comment is picked apart by their followers as evidence of an ongoing feud.

About six months ago, Gomez’s fans targeted Hailey after she posted a TikTok made with Jenner and Justine Skye, in which they’re lip-syncing to the words, “I’m not saying she deserves it, but God’s timing is always right.”

The TikTok was posted around the same time Gomez was receiving unflattering attention over some paparazzi photos. Hailey has denied the post was related at all, and deleted the TikTok.

“I never comment on this type of thing but we were just having a girls’ night and did a random TikTok sound for fun,” she wrote later. “It’s not directed at anyone.”

Hailey eventually asked Gomez to speak with her fans about the ongoing harassment she was receiving.

“This isn’t what I stand for. No one should have to experience hate or bullying. I’ve always advocated for kindness and really want this all to stop,” Gomez said on social media.

Hailey responded with gratitude, saying, “I want to thank Selena for speaking out, as her and I have been discussing the last few weeks how to move past this ongoing narrative between her and I.”
