“Pac Man”, the new single by Shazam Conner of the multi-platinum group H-Town, British electronic artist Justin Novak & H-Town, has hit the Billboard AC Charts at #29 this week.

Originally released on October 6, 2023 by labels Shazam Music Inc and So, Let’s Talk Ltd, “Pac Man” by Shazam Conner, Justin Novak & H-Town, spent the entire first week of release inside the Top-10 of the US iTunes download chart, peaking at number 1. It was supported early by Apple Music, who added it to their editorial playlists New In Dance, Summer Vibes, Future Dance Hits and also Future Hits. The single became a hit on the US Billboard charts, reaching number 4 on Billboard’s Dance/Electronic Song Sales chart, and in the UK it peaked at number 18 on the official UK Upfront Club chart. Currently “Pac Man” resides at number 51 on the esteemed Mediabase Top 40 Radio Airplay Chart in the US, which has helped it amass over 50,000 Shazams.

Twin brothers Keven “Dino” and Solomon “Shazam” Conner and good friend Darryl “G.I.” Jackson formulated the R&B group H-Town, a nickname because they originated from Houston, Texas. Their 1993 debut album Fever for Da Flavor contained the hit single “Knockin’ Da Boots”, which changed the face of R&B in the early 90s. Unfortunately, in 2003, Dino Conner died in a tragic accident.

A solo career beckons for Shazam Conner, in 2023 he also released a single titled “Strokey Doke,” which was a viral success and reached number 27 on Billboard’s Adult R&B Airplay chart. Conner is penning a solo EP, and continues to sell out shows with G.I. as H-Town.

With several releases over the past 12 months, Devon UK-based Justin Novak is honing his craft to make 2024 an exciting year. The up-and-coming electronic artist and producer has a catalogue with over 1 million streams on Spotify, and is currently penning his debut EP set for a spring release again through So, Let’s Talk. Founded by ex Global Music Group Europe president Scott Shephard, independent UK imprint So, Let’s Talk has a global distribution deal with Stem and releases music by artists such as Roachford and Jody Watley.
