Bridgerton season three part two has mostly been kept under wraps, but that didn’t stop Shonda Rhimes from teasing fans about what they can expect in the upcoming episodes.

The executive producer stopped by the Today show on Tuesday, where she chatted about the final episodes of the season, which drops on Netflix June 13.

“We’re very secretive about it but I will say it is sexy and surprising in many ways,” Rhimes revealed. “And also, I cried at the end. I found it very moving — and I don’t always cry. So I really got into it. I think it’s a beautiful story.”

Season three of the hit drama romance series focuses on Colin Bridgerton (Luke Newton) and Penelope Featherington’s (Nicola Coughlan) friends-to-lovers storyline. In part one, which hit the streamer on May 16, viewers saw Polin’s dynamic slowly shift out of the friend zone, with Colin admitting he has feelings for Penelope in the final moments of episode four.

When talking about the highly-anticipated final episodes, Coughlan told The Hollywood Reporter last month, “I love episodes five and six when they’re in that giddy, giddy time, and they’re so in love because that’s the thing. Some of the best things in this show are when you see people truly in love with one another, so blissfully happy.”

The cast for Bridgerton season three, which scored the show’s biggest opening weekend to date on Netflix, includes Hannah Dodd, Claudia Jessie, Jessica Madsen, Luke Thompson, Martins Imhangbe, Emma Naomi, Hannah New, Sam Phillips, Ruth Gemmell, Jonathan Bailey and Simone Ashley.
