Shygirl has announced a new EP called ‘Club Shy Room 2’ – listen to the single ‘F*Me’ below.

The London singer-songwriter, rapper and DJ is due to release the six-song collection on February 14 via Because Music (pre-order/pre-save here). It’ll contain her recent collaboration with Saweetie, ‘Immaculate’.

To further preview the forthcoming project, Shygirl has shared an upbeat and energetic joint track featuring French singer Yseult. ‘F*Me’ was co-produced by Mura Masa and Shygirl.

Announcing the ‘Club Shy Room 2’ EP on social media, Shygirl said the collection would serve as “just a little something to keep the party going”.

Shygirl released her debut studio album, ‘Nymph’, in 2022. In a four-star review, NME praised the artist for creating “a gleaming collage of club sounds, with each element wholly unique in its execution”.

It added: “After working tirelessly on her long-awaited debut album for a number of years, the juice has clearly been worth the squeeze: this record is a striking reminder of why Shygirl is one of the capital’s brightest talents.”

She has since shared the EP ‘Club Shy’ and its ‘Club Shy RMX’ companion project.

Shygirl recently supported Charli XCX on her ‘Brat’ UK arena tour – which featured shows in Manchester, London, Birmingham and Glasgow. She also teamed up with Charli on a reworking of ‘365’ on her ‘Brat’ remix album. NME hailed the collab as “two minutes of pure, unadulterated hedonism”.

In other news, Shygirl is set to open for Barry Can’t Swim at his All Points East headline show in London next summer. She appears on the line-up alongside the likes of Confidence Man and DJ Heartstring.
