Ted Nugent has listed signed deer skulls on his website one day after Ozzy Osbourne blasts “totally crazy” trophy hunters.

On Tuesday (November 19), 10 signed white tail deer skulls were put up for sale on Nugent’s official web store. Each skull is priced at $1,750 (£1,389) and can be purchased here.

The item description on Nugent’s site read: “Each skull is from a deer that Ted tagged with his bow and arrow from his property in Michigan. Each is unique and one of a kind.” The singer has been vocal about hunting as a means of sourcing one’s own food and for population control.

In a statement on his site, the musician wrote: “The ultimate quality of life enhancer is Spirit Mojo! Testimonials from the recipients of my autographed deer skulls exclaim astonishing celebratory quality of life enhancing GonzoMojo! Gityasome!”

Nugent’s listing of the deer skulls comes a day after The Prince of Darkness and his wife Sharon appeared in a video as part of the UK’s The Campaign to Ban Trophy Hunting. A video clip was published on Monday (November 18) by Ban Trophy Hunting UK, showing Osbourne and his wife Sharon decked out in his custom-made t-shirts, which read “Ozzy says ‘No trophy hunting!’”

The promotional clip begins with Ozzy shouting “Let’s get trophy hunting banned!” while Sharon adds: “Come on you guys. All we do is talk about it. Let’s get it done. Let’s get the ban done now, not next year.”

In a press statement via Consequence, Ozzy calls trophy hunters “totally crazy.” “You’ve got to be barking to kill an innocent animal and then take photos of yourself laughing about it.” All proceeds from the t-shirt will go to Ban Trophy Hunting UK. Buy here.

He continued: “We’ve all got to do our bit. I like to design things so I’ve done a t-shirt for the Campaign to Ban Trophy Hunting. The government said it would ban hunting trophies, so get on with it! Tell your MP you want it banned right now! Get yourself an Ozzy t-shirt for Christmas and help save the animals!”

In other news, Nugent recently responded to Pearl Jam‘s recent anti-gun cover of ‘Stranglehold’. Back in 2021 – despite homicides in the US rising by 30 per cent in 2020 over the previous year – the outspoken Nugent claimed America didn’t have a gun problem.

The musician and his son Rocco also released a song about the attempted Donald Trump assassination, ‘Who Shot Trump’. The American musician – who is a high profile supporter of Trump and once claimed he was “sent here by God” – warned in it’s chorus that whoever shot the former US President “fucked up / When they shot Trump / They fucked up.”

He also hit out at Taylor Swiftwhose music he said was “all poppy nonsense” with “no fire” and “no sensuality”, adding: “Thank God I’m still around. We still deliver the fire.”
