Cord cutters: Some of the top streaming services are betting big on Black Friday and Cyber Monday — and they’re offering 70 percent off or more (even if it might hurt their pocketbooks).
Some of the best Cyber Monday streaming deals are happening right now on Hulu, Disney+, Peacock, Max and Paramount+ — so if you were hoping to upgrade your home theater setup and relax after Thanksgiving, now’s the time to sign up.
In addition to the streamers mentioned above, cable TV streaming services are also slashing prices for the shopping holiday. Fubo, Frndly and Sling are offering their best Black Friday discounts, while DirecTV’s current promo features up to $625 in savings when you bundle select plans with premier add-ons.

DirecTV

Through Dec. 2, Disney+’s 2024 Black Friday deal promises the Duo Basic plan (Disney+ and Hulu with ads) for only $2.99 per month for 12 months for new and returning subscribers who have not been customers within the last month. That’s 72 percent off compared to separate subscriptions (Disney+ and Hulu both start at $9.99 monthly for the ad-supported plans.)
Frndly
Through Dec. 3, get 33% off the Frndly Premium Plan and pay only $99 for your first year (compared to $143.88 per year with month-to-month billing). Frndly includes over 50 family-friendly networks, including Hallmark Channel, A&E, History, Lifetime and more; and unlimited DVR and streaming on up to four screens.
Fubo

Through Dec. 2, save 90 percent per month for one year with Hulu’s Black Friday deal, which brings the ad-supported plan down to 99 cents per month for 12 months. It includes a 30-day free trial, too; after a year, the subscription auto-renews at $9.99 per month or the current rate.
Max
Through Dec. 2, new and eligible returning subscribers of Max with Ads get their first six months for only $2.99 per month; plus, the plan includes B/R Sports Add-On for free for a limited time. After the promo period, the subscription auto-renews at $9.99 per month. You can also get the deal when you get the Max add-on through Apple and other streaming platforms.
Max is home to Dune 1 and 2 (plus the new Dune: Prophecy series), Game of Thrones and its prequel House of the Dragon, Elf, The Sex Lives of College Girls, True Detective, Curb Your Enthusiasm, Sex and the City and its And Just Like That spinoff, and more HBO and Max original series.

Philo
Philo isn’t offering any Cyber Monday deals, but new subscribers can still try the cable TV streaming service free for seven days. The internet-based service is regularly $28 per month and includes AMC, BBC, Paramount Network, BET, MTV, Lifetown, OWN and more than 50 other classic TV, lifestyle and news channels.
