De La Soul’s celebrations of 3 Feet High and Risings 30th anniversary continue apace. Maseo and Posdnuos appeared with Prince Paul last night on The Late Show With Stephen Colbert for a highly entertaining, cookery-themed rendition of “Eye Know.” In the performance, they stood at a stovetop adding ingredients into the mix, including a thank-you to Steely Dan’s Donald Fagen, acknowledging the prominent “Peg” sample (alongside Otis Redding’s (Sittin’ On) The Dock of the Bay” and more). Check it out below, and prepare for at least three songs to be irretrievably stuck between your ears all weekend.

Last year, De La Soul appeared on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon to honor the late Trugoy the Dove with a performance of “Stakes Is High” with the Roots.
