Dancing With the Stars is ready to take viewers back to the ballroom, as the ABC reality competition’s next outing premieres Tuesday at 8/7c. But before the fancy footwork hits the floor, let’s see the tough acts Season 35’s contestants have to follow.

According to our accounting of DWTS’ 34 seasons so far, 134 former competitors got perfect scores at least once during their time on the show, and 100 got at least two. But the stars below racked up the most perfect scores of all DWTS contestants so far… and some of them didn’t even win their seasons!

Tied with 6 perfect dances: Jennifer Grey

Nobody puts Baby in a corner. En route to her Season 11 victory, this Dirty Dancing star got only perfect scores in her semifinals and finals routines. And believe it or not, not one of those routines was set to “(I’ve Had) The Time of My Life.”

Tied with 6 perfect dances: Meryl Davis

Similarly, this ice dancer delivered only perfect dances in Season 18’s semifinals and finals before clinching the Mirrorball. Just look at her glowing performance in this finale dance to Nikki Williams’ “Glowing.”

Tied with 6 perfect dances: Alfonso Ribeiro

The Fresh Prince of the DWTS ballroom nailed five dances on his way to Season 19 victory. Then, as cohost of the show in Season 34, Ribeiro scored another perfect dance as he led a group routine.

Tied with 6 perfect dances: Rumer Willis

It’s no rumor that Rumer was a powerhouse Season 20 competitor: The actor hit her stride when she began getting perfect scores in Week 8, and she ended up winning the whole shebang.

Tied with 6 perfect dances: Nick Carter

This former boy-bander’s Backstreet Boys training undoubtedly came in handy in Season 21, which he finished in second place. But it’s hard to go up against an Irwin sibling, one of whom appears higher on this ranking.

This Fifth Harmony alum, on the other hand, finished in third place in Season 28. But in the perfect-score count, she doubled the tally of her closest competitor during that season.

Tied with 6 perfect dances: JoJo Siwa

Questionable “Karma” choreography notwithstanding, Siwa showed her Dance Moms fame was no fluke when she placed second in Season 30. She, too, got twice as many perfect scores as any other contestant of her season.

Tied with 6 perfect dances: Gabby Windey

This Bachelorette star also finished her season as a runner-up, even though she and Season 31’s victor, below, were tied in the number of perfect dances.

Tied with 6 perfect dances: Charli D’Amelio

The influencer edged out Widney to win Season 31, even though both contestants nailed every routine of their semifinals and finals episodes.

Tied with 6 perfect dances: Xochitl Gomez

Fresh from her breakout role in Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, Gomez won DWTS Season 32, despite stiff competition from Charity Lawson, Ariana Madix, and Jason Mraz and their respective perfect dances in the finale.

Tied with 7 perfect dances: Apolo Ohno

Three competitors from Dancing With the Stars’ all-star Season 15 are tied with seven career perfect dances apiece. First up is this speed skater, who glided to victory in Season 4 after five perfect scores and then got another two in Season 15.

Tied with 7 perfect dances: Melissa Rycroft

The former Bachelor contestant came in third place in Season 8 after two perfect dances, while competitor Shawn Johnson claimed the Mirrorball. But Rycroft got her revenge in Season 15, acing five dances and beating Johnson to the trophy.

The gymnast, meanwhile, got 10s across the board three times in Season 8, when she was paired with Mark Ballas, and four times in Season 15, when she danced with Derek Hough.

Eight perfect dances?! Crikey! The Crocodile Hunter’s daughter made a name for herself in the States when she won Season 21. A decade later, younger brother Robert Irwin won Season 34 with four perfect dances of his own.

Tied with 8 perfect dances: Laurie Hernandez

Two seasons after Bindi’s victory, this gymnast pulled off the same feat, winning Season 23 with eight perfect dances, performing the first of which in Week 4.

9 perfect dances: Jordan Fisher

Call him The Fisher King. This Disney Channel star won Season 25 with nine perfect dances, alongside pro partner Lindsay Arnold. Fisher told TV Insider he deferred his DWTS admission until he had time to put “110 percent” into his rehearsals. “Timing definitely plays into everything, but this is just perfect for me,” he added. (And perfect for the judges, apparently!)
