Netflix Co-CEO Ted Sarandos had a total compensation package of $53.9 million in 2025, down from $62 million the prior year.

The majority of his salary, $41.4 million, comes from stock awards. His base salary of $3 million has remained unchanged for the past three years. In 2025, he also received a bonus of $7 million, as well as $2.4 million in other compensation, related to car services, personal aircraft and more.

The major difference between his 2025 and 2024 compensation packages is a higher bonus, $12 million in 24 and $2.2 million in option awards that year.

Co-CEO Greg Peters had largely the same compensation package, $53.2 million, with the same base salary and bonus. Peters had a slightly lower amount of “other compensation.” His pay package also dropped from $60.3 million in the prior year, where he also had a higher bonus.

Former executive chairman Reed Hastings received $1.2 million.

More to come.
