Singer/songwriter Gina Zollman will be performing her new show “ORIginaLS” at The Gardenia (7066 Santa Monica Blvd, West Hollywood, Ca, 90038) on Friday, March 28th, 2025 at 9 PM PT. Tickets are $25.

Special guest co-writer/songwriter Kevin Fisher (Sara Evans, Rascal Flatts, Little Big Town, Home Free, Uncle Kracker and more) will be joining the show with songs about love, life and finding your way in the world, along with Brian Boyce on drums.

MICHAEL ORLAND is thrilled to have been a part of the mega-hit TV show AMERICAN IDOL for the first 16 seasons as the Pianist, Arranger, Vocal Coach, and Associate Musical Director both on FOX and ABC. In between those seasons were stints on LITTLE BIG SHOTS and FOREVER YOUNG, both hosted by Steve Harvey. Through these amazing opportunities, Michael has appeared on OPRAH, ENTERTAINMENT TONIGHT, ACCESS HOLLYWOOD, and a record number of appearances on THE ELLEN SHOW. At the end of every IDOL season, Michael also accompanied the top 3 contestants to New York for appearances on LIVE WITH KELLY & REGIS (and MICHAEL and RYAN) , CBS EARLY SHOW, and concerts on the plaza for THE TODAY SHOW. He also served as a pianist/coach for the NBC summer series AMERICA’S GOT TALENT (Seasons 1 & 2).
The Gardenia is the longest-running Cabaret Supper Club in the United States. It is the legendary nightclub where Gina Zollman put on her first one woman show in 1987 which launched her singing career. Intimate and dripping with history, the Gardenia is the perfect venue for “ORIginaLS”.
Gina Zollman, hailing from Palm Springs, is a singer/songwriter making a vibrant comeback on West Coast stages. A native of California, she discovered her passion for singing at age six, performing throughout her school years. She pursued higher education at UCSD Revelle College, earning a BA in Linguistics and a minor in Music. Post-graduation, Gina thrived as a stockbroker and later as Vice President and COO of Flame Gard, a pioneer in kitchen safety innovations.
Despite her corporate success, Gina’s heart belonged to showbiz. She left her job to pursue singing, debuting her one-woman show at The Gardenia in Hollywood to a sold-out audience. Known for her comedic characters like “Svetlana, the Russian Runway Model Who Ran Away” and “The PMS Poster Woman,” Gina’s performances are both entertaining and memorable. She auditioned for “In Living Color,” landed a co-starring role in “LA Young Pal,” and joined the Screen Actors Guild after appearing on “The New Gong Show.”
Gina’s vocal talents have taken her to Carnegie Hall, where she performed John Rutter’s “Te Deum” and “Gloria” with “The Marina Singers.” In 1997, she underwent gastric bypass surgery, successfully losing 120 pounds and maintaining her weight loss for over two decades. Gina has faced significant health challenges, including Stage 3 colon cancer and a stroke, but she remains resilient and humorously introspective in her performances.
Her extensive stage experience includes venues like The Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel’s Cinegrill, The Magic Castle, The Comedy Store, and The Catalina Jazz Club. She also originated roles at The NoHo London Music Hall and studied acting at The Actor’s Center, receiving private coaching from Second City alumna Sandy Holt. Gina’s album, “Gina Zollman: Anywhere with You,” produced by Steven Applegate, was recorded at Capitol Records in Hollywood.
